Our Grass-Fed Beef Brisket is a Flavorful cut of meat that is best when Slow-Cooked in a smoker to about 160 degrees. Pull & wrap in butcher paper then stick it back in the smoker until 200 degrees. Pull the Brisket and stick it in a cooler closed up for an hour. Remove, slice and enjoy! Approximately 6LBs Each, we get 2 of these off each beef.
