Whole Beef Brisket — Approximately 12 lb.
Rich, flavorful, and made for low-and-slow cooking, our whole beef brisket is an excellent choice for the smoker. Each brisket is trimmed and vacuum-sealed for freshness.
Our Recommended Cooking Method
- Season the brisket generously. For the best flavor, ask us about our Sweet Honey Brown Sugar BBQ Rub.
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F and cook until the brisket reaches approximately 160–165°F internally and the bark has developed.
- Wrap the brisket tightly in butcher paper and return it to the smoker.
- Continue cooking until it reaches approximately 200–205°F and a temperature probe slides into the thickest portion with little resistance.
- Remove the wrapped brisket and allow it to rest in an insulated cooler for at least one hour before slicing. A longer rest of two to four hours can produce an even more tender and flavorful brisket.
Always slice brisket against the grain.
