Our Beef Brisket is a Flavorful cut of meat when prepared correctly. It is best when Slow-Cooked in a smoker that’s set to 225 degrees, cook Brisket until it’s 160 degrees internal temperature. Pull & wrap the Brisket several times tightly in butcher paper then stick it back in the smoker until it reaches an internal temperature of 200 degrees. Turn the smoker down to 200 degrees now and let the brisket smoke another hour. Finally, pull the Brisket and stick it in a closed cooler closed up for an hour. Remove, slice and enjoy!
