Bulk Sales

We offer two ways to purchase this style Beef order. “Bulk”, and “Carcass”.

Carcass(sold out till 2027) will be a Live Cattle sale on a Beef by the quarter, half, or whole share. This will have a longer wait time as you will have to wait for the harvesting, aging, and cutting processes involved.

The only difference for the consumer between the two styles are: Carcass is more per pound, carcass guarantees all cuts on the order are from a single cow.

Regular bulk may be built from more than one total beef to maximize cuts on the cattle in our shop and to accommodate when we see a bruised loin or any defects we don’t have to compromise any yield. Regular bulk may very well be a harvested animal within our operation. It really just gives our shop ease of operations.

Please note, all orders are non-refundable, all purchases are final.

CUT SHEET TIP: When filling out your Cut sheets, it is our recommendation to choose as many of the cut options available within the cut sheet as possible. Ground beef is going to be in your order with bulk beef, question is, how much?

Ground beef is made from trim off of every single loin. When fabricating the primals on a carcass down to the cuts you are familiar with seeing, trim is unavoidable.

Steps to Purchasing Bulk

1. Fill out a custom cuts sheet form and submit it. (Website will redirect you to the ‘add to cart’ page)

2. Select Which size of Beef order you would like.

If Buying Beef and Pork, please repeat steps 1 and 2 for the next meat package you intend to purchase. If buying retail with this order, please go to the shop and add remaining items.

3. Go to your cart after finishing up and check out.

4. After checkout, the website will direct you to book your pickup/delivery. Please make sure to pick the correct booking Calander for your specific order.

*If paying via EBT, you will HAVE to call in your order at 865-441-6844, or message our FB page direct. If booking Delivery, don’t worry about the time, you are simply booking the day. For pick-ups, you are choosing your shop pick up time.
