Cuts on this package are pre-selected and will Include assorted steaks, roasts, and burger! This will include Short Loin or Strips/Filet, and/or Ribeye, & also Sirloin Steaks. Roasts will be assorted Sirloin Roasts, London Broil, and/or Chuck Roasts! The ground portion will make up less than 50% of the order guaranteed and will include approximate 1Lb packs of grind, probably a few frozen and pre-cut, juicy patties, & maybe even a few packs of All Beef Hot dogs. This order will look VERY close to the packaged typical whole beef cut sheet offered at our shop!

Bonus: If you purchase this package and you notice Brisket, Tri-Tip, Picanha etc. isn’t in your box and you want to get some of them. I’ll wholesale you the Beef cut(s) from our retail side that you want to add separately since you are buying in bulk! Fair enough?
