We are offering Finished, Japanese Black Wagyu sales in Quarters, Halves, and Whole Beef purchases as well as assorted smaller bundle packages. We grain feed these cattle until they reach what we consider peak carcass marbling. This is what we consider the Rolls-Royce of beef. Our Wagyu are fed: Grain, Protein, Salt, and Minerals free choice from wean weight, to their harvest date. The Wagyu are given sugar, molasses, peanut butter, and beer treats from time to time as well. Wagyu are kept stress-free for optimal growth, quality, and ethical standards. We at Bryant Beef feel confident that this is the absolute peak of the bovine species.
