We are offering Finished Purebred Registered Wagyu sales in Quarters, Halves, and Whole Beef purchases only. We grain feed these beefs until they reach what we consider peak carcass marbling. This is the Rolls-Royce of beef, our Wagyu are fed Grain, Protein, Salt, and Minerals free choice. The Wagyu are given sugar, molasses, peanut butter, and beer treats as well. Wagyu are kept stress-free for optimal growth, quality, and ethical standards. We at Bryant Beef feel confidently that this is the absolute peak of the bovine species.
Cuts on this carcass will be standard cut to include the following within any bulk sale: Filet, New York Strip, Ribeye, Fajita, Sirloin Steak, Stew, Flank, Skirt, Chuck Roast, Sirloin Roast, London Broil, and Ground Beef.
