We are offering Finished, Japanese Black Wagyu sales in Quarters, Halves, and Whole Beef purchases as well as assorted smaller bundle packages. We grain feed these cattle until they reach what we consider peak carcass marbling. This is what we consider the Rolls-Royce of beef. Our Wagyu are fed: Grain, Protein, Salt, and Minerals free choice from wean weight, to their harvest date. The Wagyu are given sugar, molasses, peanut butter, and beer treats as well throughout their lives. Wagyu are kept stress-free for optimal growth, quality, and ethical standards. We at Bryant Beef feel confident that this is the absolute peak of the bovine species.
Wagyu are also a healthier option to consume vs standard beef (and several other proteins) in the fact that wagyu have lower cholesterol levels than even fish or chicken due to the enzyme delta 9-desaturase. The primary component of the monounsaturated fat in wagyu beef “oleic acid” lowers LDL (bad cholesterol) without effecting HDL (good cholesterol), furthermore monounsaturated fat is considered the “good” fat because it’s needed for energy and cell growth. Wagyu also contain less saturated fat when compared to standard beef, Wagyu contain more essential omega-3 and 6 fatty acids which are linked to lower cancer risk, lower Alzheimer’s and cardiovascular disease as well. Wagyu even contain more Conjugated linoleic acid which lower the risk of diabetes.
Overall, I think this is the beef of the future and I highly recommend stocking up on it. Not only is it a much healthier option, but it also tastes night and day different from standard beef and at $12.49Lb or less it’s not even that much more expensive. Once we’ve sold out of the cattle offered in this sale we will probably not have any more to offer until mid 2025.
Cuts on these carcasses will be standard cut to include the following within any Bulk Share Sale:
T-Bone/Porterhouse, Ribeye, Sirloin Steak, Stew meat, Chuck Roast, London Broil, and Ground Beef.
Sampler Share packages will include Steaks, Roast, (possible beef ribs) and Ground Beef.

Wagyu Bulk Shares

Wagyu Beef Available now in live bulk shares! (Limited Availability)

Our Wagyu are fed free choice grain for maximum marbling, tenderness, and taste. Offered in the link directly below are our finished live shares of Wagyu in Eighth, Quarter, Half, and Whole sale purchases. This year we are offering medium and large framed carcasses for our selection. The only difference in these cattle will be the portion size and total weight received back after processing to put in your freezer. On the Medium shares we are guaranteeing over 300lbs of usable meat on a whole beef, and we’re guaranteeing over 400lbs on a Large whole beef. Your steaks and roasts will be portioned bigger on a large carcass when compared against the medium framed cattle.

I will be recommending the medium frame cattle to all new clients who have not experienced much of the wagyu in the past but are wanting to stock up on healthier and tastier beef. Due to the fact that this meat is richer than standard beef, you may find it most challenging to eat as much of the wagyu meat in a sitting vs what you can consume of standard beef.

Cuts on this carcass will be standard cut to include the following within any bulk sale:

T-Bone/Porterhouse, Ribeye, Sirloin Steak, Stew meat, Chuck Roast, Sirloin Roast, London Broil, and Ground Beef.

*Wagyu sales are final at the time of purchase. Wagyu sales are non-refundable.
